Workshop Program Schedule

  • Day 1: Saturday, May 31, 2025, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Day 2: Sunday, June 1, 2025, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
In addition to Dr. Barry's lectures and meditation practices, there will be optional mind-body recovery programs conducted by the organizer on the evening of Day 1 and the morning of Day 2.
Instructor: Dr. Barry Kerzin, M.D. (with Japanese interpretation)
Capacity: Due to venue size limitations, registration will close once capacity is reached.

Accommodation Reservations:
  • Participants may choose to commute from home or stay at the venue hotel.
  • The venue hotel is recommended, being just a 2-minute walk from Yuigahama Beach.
A limited number of accommodation-inclusive plans are available.
  • Reservation deadline: Sunday, May 25. Early application is advised as rooms may fill quickly.
  • If the venue hotel becomes fully booked, participants are requested to arrange their own accommodation. Business hotels are available near Ofuna Station, approximately 20 minutes from Yuigahama.
Participation Fees:
  • Two-Day Participation (May 31 & June 1, including lunch):
    • General: ¥38,000 (tax included)
    • Members: ¥33,000 (tax included)
      • Members include Human Value members and paid members of the International Institute of Indian Astrology.

  • Day 1 Only Participation (May 31, including lunch):
    • General: ¥20,000 (tax included)
    • Members: ¥18,000 (tax included)
      • Note: Participation on Day 2 only is not permitted.
Hotel Accommodation Plans:
Limited availability; first-come, first-served. Prices include participation fee, accommodation, and meals.
  • Shared Japanese-style Room (1 night, 2 days):
    • Includes lunch and dinner on May 31, breakfast and lunch on June 1.
    • General: ¥54,300 per person (¥38,000 + ¥16,300)
    • Members: ¥49,300 per person (¥33,000 + ¥16,300)
  • Single Japanese-style Room (1 night, 2 days):
    • Includes lunch and dinner on May 31, breakfast and lunch on June 1.
    • General: ¥75,600 (¥38,000 + ¥37,600)
    • Members: ¥70,600 (¥33,000 + ¥37,600)
For those wishing to stay the night before (May 30) or after (June 1), please contact us. Additional charges per night are ¥13,300 for shared rooms and ¥31,600 for single rooms.
Registration will close once capacity is reached.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
  • 2 weeks to 8 days before: 30%
  • 1 week to 2 days before: 50%
  • Day before: 80%
  • Day of event: 100%
Note: Refunds will be processed after the event, with bank transfer fees borne by the participant. Cancellation fees apply even if payment has not been made.
